Gyrolab xP workstation transfers samples and reagents from microplates to each microstructure within a Gyrolab CD and spins each CD at precisely the correct speed and time to ensure optimal reaction times.
Each step in the assay workflow is controlled through Gyrolab Control. Results are evaluated within Gyrolab Evaluator or exported to a LIMS system. All softwares are 21 CFR part 11 compliant.

Gyrolab Control
Unattended processing of Gyrolab CDs
The entire assay workflow is controlled through Gyrolab Control software. Template methods (assay protocols) ensure that each assay runs automatically under optimal conditions. An intuitive interface facilitates assay set-up and development.
Results can be generated within one hour from a single CD or the system can be left unattended to run multiple CDs for up to 5 hours.

Gyrolab Evaluator
Data analysis module fully integrated with Gyrolab Control
The Gyrolab Evaluator module provides an easy-to-use interface that guides the user through data analysis including quantification of response values calculated from integrated fluorescence intensities.
The analysis process can be customized from a selection of regression models and curve weight options. Statistics for standards, QCs and samples are calculated automatically. Results can also be exported to other software such as a LIMS system.

Gyrolab Functionality Check Kit is compatible with workstations controlled by Gyrolab Control 5.2 or above.
The functionality check is completed in a single run, taking only 20 minutes to perform and requires no additional training. An automatically generated report is stored within the database, detailing results. Routine runs can be started immediately after a successful check.
